A Messieurs Mir et Cottereau Astronomical watch No. 3701, sold on 22 September 1894, for the sum of 2650 Francs. Gold keyless watch with quarter-repeating, independent centre-seconds, perpetual calendar and moon phase.

Case: 18 ct., four body polished, bassine et filets, form, No. 11782, the back with engraved monogram in Islamic script. Gold cuvette signed "Breguet, No.3710".
Dial: White enamel, signed: "Breguet, No.3701", with Roman hour and Arabic minute numerals, subsidiary rings for week days, months calibrated for the four years of the bissextile cycle, and date with aperture for age and phase of the moon (two small hair lines). Blued-steel piques hands.
Movement: Gilt brass, 19"', ébauche by Audemars, bridge caliber, two train witH differential wincing for the two barrels, 36 . jewels, counterpoised adjustable straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance. Blued-steel Breguet balance spring. The independent jumping dead centreseconds train released by a M t in the band. Repeating on gongs with slide in the band.
