A Monsieur Louis Dollfus Watch No. 2170, sold on 30 April 1929, for the sum of 6500 Francs. Gold keyless watch with split- seconds chronograph, tachometer scale and instantaneous register. Original leather fitted case.

Case: 18 ct., three body polished,No.2170, bassine form. Gold cuvette signed: "Breguet, No. 2170".
Dial: Best quality white enamel, small central hour ring with Breguet numerals and subsidiary rings for subsidiary seconds and the instantaneous 60-minute recorder, the speeds calibrated on a red spiral, with concentric splitseconds chronograph. Blued-steel poires hands.
Movement: Nickelled, 19"', ébauche by Mathey Tissot, 24 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Guillaume compensation balance. Blued-steel Breguet balance spring. Visible chronograph work on the back plate operated by push-pieces on the band and the winding crown.
In perfect condition. Diam. 52 mm.
