Notes

History: According to the repair books, this watch was returned for overhaul by Monsieur Divoff on 29 May 1828.
Note: An elegant example of a fully developed " simple" watch constructed on the principles of the garde-temps. Two barrels are fitted to provide uniform power source, and the train is jewelled throughout. Note the small gold plates attached to the barrel bridges, which are partly visible when the back is turned to "close" the winding apertures.
