Good three coloured 18-carat gold watch with contemporary gilt brass chatelaine. Double body engraved case, the bezel with a'perlé' decoration, a chiselled allegorical evocation of love and fidelity on the back with outer gold dotted decoration. Five element chatelaine with similar multicoloured chiselled gilt decoration. White enamel dial with Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute ring (hair cracks.) Gilt metal Louis XV hands. Gilt brass full plate movement with cylindrical pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement with plain brass three armed balance, continental cock and polished steel endpiece. In very good condition. Diam. 42 mm.
