Very fine silver pair cased, hour striking and repeating coach watch with alarm. Double body, leather covered, pierced outer case with silver pique work. Double body 'bassine' case finely pierced and engraved on the edge with inhabited foliage, mask and landscape. 'Champlevé' silver dial with Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute ring; inner alarum revolving disc. Blued steel 'poker' hands. Fine gilt brass full plate movement with baluster pillars, 'fusée' and chain, verge escapement, plain steel three armed balance, English cock with a pierced ruby and a ruby endstone. Alarm and striking trains with fixed barrels, striking on a bell. In good condition. Diam. 105 mm.
