Extremely fine and rare 18-carat gold and enamel pearl set musical watch in form of an harp. Three body case with split pearl set bezel decorated over all with musical trophies, further champleve enamelled, pearl set decoration of laurel, lyra, harp, harts, quiver and arrows. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals. Blued steel 'spade' hands. Dial plate with champleve laurel branches over a blue enamel background. Gilt brass full plate movement with conical pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement with plain brass three armed balance, continental cock and polished steel endpiece. Independant musical movement with pointed barrel and six piled up vibrating steel blades. In very good condition. Dim. 81x50 mm.
