Very fine 18?carat gold and enamel diamond set pendant watch in form of a mandoline. Double body case, the cover with a 'champlevé' musical score and further foliage decoration, on a blue translucent enamel background over engine turning. The reverse with a finely enamel painted scene of Cupids playing on the clouds and with a rose diamond set balance aperture, further ' champlevé' decoration on the side pannels. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals. Blued steel ' scoties' hands. Gilt brass full plate movement with cylindrical pillars ' fusee' and chain, verge escapement with plain brass three armed balance, continental cock and polished steel endpiece. In very good condition. 65x27 mm.
