Fine and unusual 18-carat gold fob watch set in a specially made pearl and diamond set chatelaine. Massive polished case with diamond set bow, the back with a chiselled coat of arms below and earl crown with further pierced and chased scrolled foliage. Gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute ring. Gold diamond set hands. Gilt brass 11 "' keyless movement, 10 jewels, cylinder escapement with plain gilt brass three armed balance. The watch can be worn set within the double body lower part of the three element diamond set chatelaine. Double diamond set bezel between a pair of Caryatids. A chiselled diamond set 'fleur de lys' hung to the diamond set top part, richely pierced and chiselled with a monogram, dragoons, satyr, devil and angel's heads. An earl crown set with 9 seed pearls at the finial. Diam. of the watch: 35 mm. Height: 250 mm. Width: 48 mm.
