Very fine 18-carat gold and enamel pearl set watch for the Chirese market. Three body case with fixed split pearl set bezel, the band, the pendant and the bow with split pearl set ' champlevé' enamelled decoration, a charming scene painted on the enamel back depicting two ladies with their children in a landscape following a troubadour playing the guitar, split pearls, on the edge. Gold engraved cuvette. White enamel dial with Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds (small hair crack). Gold 'cuiller' hands. Very fine gilt brass movement, Chinese caliber engraved overall, with free standing barrel, duplex escapement, bimetallic three armed balance with poising weights and diamond endstone. In very good condition. Diam. 59 MM.
