Very fine and rare 18-carat gold and enamel pearl set centre second watch in form of a sunflower, with a matching gold and enamel key. Three body case decorated overall with 'champlevé' green pink and red enamelled decoration inlaid with split pearls, simulating the stem, the leaves and the petals of the flower. ' Champlevé' enamelled azur scrolled foliage and a garland of flowers on the gold cuvette. Gold engine turned and 'champlevé' dial with Roman numerals. Gold 'serpent' hands. Gilt brass movement with free standing barrel, cylinder escapement, plain brass three armed balance and polished steel endpiece. In very good condition. Diam. 64 mm.
