Very fine and important 18-carat gold hunting cased moon phase astronomical minute repeating 'grande et petite sonnerie' clock watch with chronograph and perpetual calendar for the English market. Massive four body'bassine' polished case. Gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer minute and chronograph rings, subsidiary dials for the days of the week, the months with inner leap year cycle, the date and the seconds with inner moon phase aperture. Blued steel 'pear' hands. Gilt brass 18''', three quarter plate double train movement with differential winding, 39 jewels, screwed setting, English type right angle lever escapement with cut bimetallic balance and Breguet balance spring. Striking on gongs by means of a bolt on the band. In very good condition. Diam. 56 mm.
