Good 20-carat three coloured gold and enamel diamond set quarter repeating watch. Double body casea, floral decoration chased on the bezel, a very fine enamel domestic scene painted in a medallion on the back depicting a lady in a kitchen with three children and a cat. Outer chiselled garland of flowers. Diamond set push-piece and pendant. White enamel dial with Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute ring (slightly restored near the winding hole). Gold Louis XV hands. Gilt brass full plate movement with cylindrical pillars, ' fusée' and chain, verge escapement with plain steel three armed balance, continental cock and polished steel endpiece. Repeating on a bell by depressing the pendant. In very good condition. Diam. 44 mm.
