Very fine 20-carat gold and enamel pair case watch. Double body outer case engraved overall with a basket work decoration, the edges with blue translucent 'champlevé' enamelled flowers, ' champlevé' blue translucent enamel scene on the back depicting a loving couple in a landscape. Double body inner polished case. White enamel dial with Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute ring. Blued steel 'poker' hands. Gilt brass full plate movement with baluster pillars, ' fusee` and chain, verge escapement with plain brass three armed balance and an English cock. In very good condition. Diam. 48 mm.
