French, 19th century.Patinated bronze inkstand watch holder, fitted with a mechanism to activate the flow of water in the fountain on the front, all parts richly decorated with palms, dolphins and reeds, as well as around the watch aperture along with a man wearing a crown of laurel leaves, the whole richly decorated in the "Restauration" style, under the reign of Louis-Philippe.
