French (Luneville), 18th century.Polychrome painted faïence watch holder, serving also as an inkstand, decorated with scrolls, floral volutes and ornaments, the watch aperture in the center, flanked by two tulips, acting as candle holders, with on one side the ink container and on the other a compartment for writing instruments.
