Very fine gilt wood glazed cabinet with "rocaille" decoration, the coat of arms of the Bishop Prince at the top. Silvered chapter ring with Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute ring, calendar aperture and five small subsidiary dials for: fast/slow adjustment, silence and music, selection of tune " grande and petite sonnerie" and silence/strike selection. Gilt iron pierced hands. Gilt bronze dial plate with fine "rocaille" chased decoration. Three train movement with turned pillars, going barrels, anchor escapement, pendulum with spring suspension. Striking and repeating the quarters before the hours on two bells. Three music tunes on 10 bells with 10 hammers, can be composed on the 19 cm. pointed cylinder driven by the central barrel via a right angle gearing. In good condition. Dim. 97 x 43 x 28 cm.
