H.R. Eekegren, Genève, No 77850, made for J. E. Caldwell & Co . Philadelphia, circa 1910. Good 18 ct. pink gold minute repeating watch with a split second chronograph, in its original Brazilian rosewood fitted case, with a spare glass and an extra mainspring.

Four body massive "demi-bassine" polished case. Gold cuvette engineturned on the edge. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals, outer red Arabic minute and chronograph rings and subsidiary seconds. Blued steel "spade" hands. Good 19"' nickel three quarter plate movement, 31 jewels, equilibrated straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with a swan neck micrometric index. Minute repeating on gongs by means of a slide on the band, the chronograph with a visible work, the split second push piece and the locking bolt on the band. Signed on the dial, the cuvette and the movement. In very good condition. Diam.: 52 mm.
