Marcks & Co , Bombay & Poona, Swiss, made for an important Maharadjah, circa 1890. Very fine 18 ct. gold and enamel hunting cased keyless minute repeating watch with a chronograph and an instantaneous 30 minute recorder.

Four body massive "bassine et filets" polished case, the cover and the back with painted champlevé enamelled horse racings on the border. Gold cuvette. Silver dial with a fine cast gold floral decoration, Roman numerals, outer Arabic minute and chrono-graph rings, subsidiary seconds and minute register. Blued steel " spade" hands. Glazed gilt Brass 19' three quarter plate movement, 29 jewels, equilibrated straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. repeating on gongs by means of a slide on the band. The chronograph with a visible work and a push piece on the band. Signed on the dial and on the movement. In very good condition. Diam.: 56 mm.
