Massive four body "demi-bassine" polished case. Glazed cuvette with gold bezel. Silver engine turned dial, with Roman numerals and gold cast applied decoration. Blued steel hands. 1 9 ' ' g i l t brass three quarter plate movement, 32 jewels in screwed setting, double train wound simultaneously, going train with an English pointed tooth right angle lever escapement, cut bimetaIIic balance, Breguet balance-spring. "Grande and petite sonnerie" train, striking on gongs, minute repeating mechanism released by mean of a bolt on the band. Case in good condition, the movement needs to be overhauled. Diam. 55 mm.
