J.T.C. (Geneva) circa 1900. Silver and painted enamel cased "grande sonnerie" minute repeating alarum carriage clock, in original green leather covered fitted case.

Rectangular silver case, front, sides and top pannels with Swiss landscapes painted on enamel (restored), onyx base and moon stone set repeating push piece. Oval gilt metal dial with arabic numerals, blue enamelled "pear" hands. Small silvered alarum setting dial on the back plate. Rectangular 8 day going movement with turned pillars, 13 jewels, going barrels, plateform straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Striking and repeating on three gongs with three hammers. Minute repeating work released by the bolt on the top. In good condition. Dim. 13 x 9 x 6 cm.
