Unsigned, Swiss, No. 1082, circa 1880.Magnificent and extremely rare, 18K gold and enamel, diamond-set, keyless, hunting-cased pocket watch, made for the Islamic market.

C. four-body, massive, the front cover centered by a gold diamond-set crown, twelve openings for the hour numerals, entirely set with graduated rose-cut diamonds forming fleur-de-lis with black champlevé enamel edges, the back cover centered by a large diamond, the entire cover set with smaller diamonds in a pattern matching the front, the scalloped band chiseled and engraved with fleur-de-lis, the winding button in the form of a crown set with diamonds, diamond-set bow, gold hinged cuvette. D.lack enamel, gold Turkish numerals with gold outer minute divisions. Gold "spade" hands.
