Universal Watch Co, case No. 549292. Made in 1940s. Fine, stainless steel ?Staybrite? wristwatch, olive shaped button chronograph, register with tachometer. To be sold without reserve
C. Three-body, brushed and polished, concave lugs, concave bezel, snap-on case back. D. Matte silver with Arabic numerals, outer 1/5 second and 5 minute division, outermost tachometer scale, subsidiary dials for the seconds and the 30 minute register. Blued steel baton hands. M. 13.5???, gilted, straight line lever escapement, bimetallic balance, flat balance spring, micrometric regulator. Dial, case signed Universal Watch Co., the movement signed Jaeger. Dim. 37.5 mm. Thickness 13.5 mm.
