Notes

This timepiece was tested by the branch office of the LMET (Thuringian State Office for Measurements and Standards) in the chronometer testing laboratory of the observatory at Sternwarte. To have the right to be inscribed "Chronometer" in compliance with DIN 8319, the movement must be tested and found not to have lost more than four seconds or gain more than six seconds per day. The movements for this series of watches are made specially for Wempe by the Nomos Watch Company.
