Chronomètre Souverain F.P. Journe, "Invenit et Fecit", "Chronomètre Souverain", No. 016-CS. Made circa 2005. Very fine and rare, platinum chronometer wristwatch with 56-hour power reserve indication and a platinum F.P. Journe buckle.
C. Two-body, solid, polished, concave lugs, transparent case back with 6 screws, sapphire crystals. D. Guilloche silver with painted radial Arabic numerals on a plain outer reserve, subsidiary seconds dial, sector for the up-and-down indication at 3. Blued steel Journe hands. M. Cal. F.P. Journe 1304 in 18K pink gold, fausses cotes decoration, 22 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic 4-arm balance adjusted to 6 positions with 4 eccentric timing weights, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring, twin barrels, gold wheel train. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 40 mm. Thickness 8.5 mm.
