Lindbergh and Longines in 1927, US Pat. 1923305. Made in 1987 to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Lindbergh's first flight over the Atlantic Ocean, from New York to Paris, in 1927. Four-body, polished and brushed, hinged case back with inner dedication, revolving ridged bezel with enameled 15 degree graduations, graduated case band, the ball-shaped crown for hand-setting and also the revolving central dial. D. Annular white enamel with black enameled radial Roman numerals for the 12-hour indication, concentric, the 180-degrees in blue Arabic numerals, at the center, revolving matte silvered dial with black Arabic 60-minute markers and red Arabic 15-degree markers. Black Breguet hands. M. Cal. L628.1, rhodium-plated, 21 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, hack mechanism.
