Miniature Minute-Repeater Z. Pantillon, La Chaux-de-Fonds, No. 1830. Made circa 1900. Very fine and very rare, miniature, minute-repeating, 18K gold and champleve enamel, keyless lady?s pendant watch with Alfred Reymond?s Swiss patent No. 12975, ?mecanisme simplifié de repetition? of 1896 and Charles Emonot?s Swiss patent No. 12977, ?perfectionnement aux mouvements de montres? of 1896.
C. Four-body, ?bassine?, polished, the front cover with a red, blue and white champlevé enamel monogram ?FHB?. Hinged gold cuvette. D. Off-white enamel with blue Arabic numerals and red 12, outer gold dot minute divisions, blue subsidiary seconds. Gold spade hands. M. 13???, frosted gilt, 29 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, repeating on gongs with two stacked hammers, activated by a slide on the band. Movement signed on the dial plate and engraved with the patent numbers 12975 & 7. Diam. 36 mm.
