Brass crank lever wheel geared via two pulleys, adjustable horizontal slide, centered cutter with stop screw and vertical adjustment by a two screws and a rise-and-fall steel lever, horizontally adjustable dead center wheel holder, circular brass foot on wooden base. Dim. 20 x 28 x 14 cm. In good condition, cleaned.
