Doctor?s Watch Wm. Hannington, London, No. 4134. The cases with London hallmarks for 1792-3. Fine silver pair-cased pocket watch with large seconds.
C. Outer: two-body, polished, mastermark IT. Inner: two-body, polished, mastermark IT. D. White enamel, eccentric mean time dial in the upper half of the dial, radial Roman numerals, outer dot minute divisions, concentric large seconds dial. Gold hour and minute hands, steel seconds hand. M. 44 mm., frosted gilt full plate, cylindrical pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement, threearm steel balance, flat balance spring, pierced, chased and engraved balance cock and backplate furniture, silver regulation dial. Movement signed. Diam. 58 mm.
