Early Self-Winding Montre à Guichet ATO, (Léon Hatot), case No 5546. Made circa 1932. Fine, rare and interesting, early, rectangular, self-winding, 18K yellow and white gold digital wristwatch.

C. Two-body, solid, polished, hinged, flat bezel, straight faceted lugs. D. Black with matte silver discs for the hours and the minutes with painted black Arabic numerals, the minute with outer minute division. M. 9 1/2''', signed Blancpain, marked "Hatot's patents pending in all countries", rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 15 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring, index regulator; the movement, mounted on balls, rolls back and forth, thus winding the watch. Case and movement signed. Dim. 25 x 32.5 mm. Thickness 9 mm.
