Swiss, No. 58120, enamel attributable to P.-A. Champod, Swiss, circa 1896. Very fine, 18K rose gold and enamel, hunting-cased, keyless lady's pendant watch, made for the Chinese market.

Four-body, 'bassine et filets', the front cover painted with romantic scene in a woodland landscape, surrounded by an engraved gold foliate frame with diamonds, the back cover painted with flowers surrounded by a gold foliate frame, gold hinged cuvette, gold glazed bezel. D. Opaline enamel , Roman radial numerals, outer minute gold paillon divisions with fiveminute Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial. Gilt Louis XVI hands. M. 13''', frosted gilt, 15 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance,self- compensating blued-steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Diam. 35 mm.
