Jules Jürgensen, Copenhagen, , No. 15295, circa 1902. Very fine and rare 18K pink gold pocket watch with split seconds chronograph and bow set hands.
C. Four-body, "bassine," polished, gold hinged numbered cuvette, dated dedication inscription to the inside back cover, decorative monogramme to the reverse. Inset split-second button and locking lever to the band. D. White enamel, Roman numerals, outer minute track, outermost red chronograph ring with five-minute Arabic figures, sunk subsidiary seconds. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. 38 mm (17???), nickel, fausses-cotes decoration, 26 jewels, straight line counter-poised lever escapement, cut-bimetallic compensation balance, Breguet balance-spring, chronograph set on the back plate, split seconds mechanism under the dial, Jules Jürgensen patented bow setting. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 48 mm.
