Lindbergh and Longines in 1927, US Pat. 1923305. Made in the 1950s to commemorate Lindbergh's first flight over the Atlantic Ocean in 1927. Fine and rare, hour-angle, center seconds, 10K yellow gold-filled aviator's wristwatch. Accompanied by the original fitted box. To be sold without reserve
C. Four-body, polished and brushed, revolving ridged bezel with enameled 15 degree graduations, graduated case band, the crown at 2 activates the revolving central dial. D. Two-tone silver with black printed radial Roman numeral for the 12-hour indication, concentric, the 180 degrees in Arabic numerals, at the center, revolving dial with painted black Arabic numerals for the 60-minutes and red Arabic numerals for the 15-degrees. Blued steel feuille hands. M. Cal. 10 L, rhodium-plated, 15 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, blued steel Breguet balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 33 mm. Thickness 12 mm.
