C. Two-body, Louis XV, decorated on the bezel and back with raised blue cornflowers and green foliage over an engraved ground. Large rose diamond-set thumb pieces. D. White enamel with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track and outermost large Arabic five-minute numerals, winding aperture at two o' clock. Rose-cut diamond-set hands. M. 39 mm., gilt brass full plate with tapered turned pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement with micrometric potence adjustment, plain three-arm steel balance, flat balance spring, silver regulator scale, pierced gilt brass continental cock with polished steel end-piece, dumb quarter repeating with two hammers on blocks activated by depressing the pendant, silence piece in the edge of the engraved dial plate. Dial and movement signed. Diam. 47 mm.
