Very fine and rare, platinum wristwatch with off-center hour dial, oversized date, power-reserve indication and a platinum A. Lange & Söhne buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box and proof of purchase.

C. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, rounded bezel, curved straight lugs, push button on the band for the big date, transparent case back with 6 screws, sapphire crystals. D. Matte silver, off-center dial for hours and minutes with applied white gold radial Roman numerals and indexes, subsidiary dial for the seconds, power reserve sector between 2 and 4, double aperture for the oversized date at 1. Blued steel alpha hands. M. Cal. L 901.0, Glashütte 3/4 plate in German silver, 2 spring barrels, fausses cotes decoration, 53 jewels, including 9 in screw mounted gold chatons, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, swan neck regulator, hand-engraved balance bridge, hack mechanism. Ref. 111.025 is known to collectors as the "kleine" or baby Lange 1. It varied from the regular version due to its slightly smaller size (36 mm rather than the usual 38 mm) but also lacked the quickset button for the big date preventing accidental forwarding. It was produced for only a short period of time, making this model one of the most desirable variations after the rarest steel Lange 1.
