Sapphire and Diamond BroochDesigned as a bouquet of flowers with round, brilliant-cut diamond pistils and round, faceted sapphire petals, accented with 6 marquise, brilliant-cut diamonds (one is missing), with straight baguette-cut diamonds set in the stems tied with a ribbon of round, brilliant-cut diamonds, having a total weight of approx. 3.50 cts. for all the diamonds and approx. 14 cts. for the sapphires, mounted in platinum.
