Faceplate Engine Swiss or French. Made in the late 19th century. Very fine brass and steel faceplate engine.
Brass centering plate with three sprung steel dog clamps adjusted by brass nuts, brass bed, driven by a crank handle, the transmission wheels with cycloidal teeth, two-directional slide rest controlled by a nut and a crank handle, wooden base. Base with applied plaque signed ?Freccero?. Dim. 46 x 28 x 27 cm. In good condition
