Tourbillon Gérald Genta, Genève, ?Tourbillon?, No. 019, case No. 46728, Ref. 4008.4. Made in the 1990's. Very fine and unusual, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with visible one-minute tourbillon regulator and a Gérald Genta 18K yellow gold buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate.
C. Two-body, solid, polished, stepped bezel, cylindrical lugs of octagonal section, transparent case back with 8 screws, sapphire crystals. D. White with painted radial Roman numerals, aperture for the tourbillon regulator with crystal seconds dial with silver painted numerals, hand-engraved gold bridge, carrying the red seconds hand. Yellow gold épée hands. M. Cal. 14???, stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, skeletonized and handengraved, gilt, 29 jewels, lateral lever escapement with oneminute tourbillon regulator with A-shaped steel frame under a polished ?GG? steel bridge, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, self-compensating flat balance spring, skeletonized and hand-engraved rotor. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness 9 mm.
