Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, case back with embossed gold and polychrome enamel medallion representing Christopher Colombus' caravelle, revolving articulated bezel graduated in 360°, the upper half can be lifted of 90° and allows the north to be determined by means of the solar hand, according to sun and shadow positions, thick straight lugs. D. White with painted red radial Roman numerals, concentric, the names of the 8 major winds, at the center, the mariner's card and a red graduation and lance pointer marked "N". Blued steel divider hands, red solar hand. M. Cal. 2892-2, rhodiumplated, 21 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 39 mm. Thickness 10 mm.
