Sa., "Grosse Langematik, Sax-O-Mat, Gangreserve," No. 43/100, movement No. 50138,case No. 160043, Ref. 304.048. Made in a limited edition of 100 pieces exclusively to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Wempe NY in 2005. Very fine and very rare, self-winding, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with zero-reset function, power-reserve indication and an 18K yellow gold A. Lange & Söhne buckle. Accompanied by the original fitted box, certificate and manual.

1. C. Beach with glazed top, gimbaled brass bowl with screwdown glazed bezel, gimbal ring locked by swiveling arm mounted in the front right corner, gimbal with German eagle and swastika and numbers (M 4116, 206407). D. Silvered, Arabic hour numerals, subsidiary seconds at 6, up-and-down indicator at 12. Gold spade hands. M. Converted to a pocket watch movement, brass, straight line lever escapement, bimetallic compensation balance. Case and movement numbered, signed A Lange & Sohne. Dim: height, width and depth: 18 cm.
2. C. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, transparent case back with 6 screws, sapphire crystals. D. Solid silver with painted radial Roman numerals, subsidiary dials for the seconds and up and down indication. Blued steel alpha hands. M. Cal. L 921.6, Glashütte 3/4 plate in German silver, fausses cotes decoration, 42 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, swan neck micrometer regulator, 21K gold micro-rotor with platinum segment, handengraved balance bridge. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 41 mm. Thickness 10 mm.
