MINUTE REPEATING FOB WATCH RETAILED BY ASPREY Swiss, retailed by Asprey, London. Made in 1911. Fine, 18K gold minute repeating wristwatch probably converted from a fob watch, in Frederick Thoms case with London hallmarks for 1911. To be sold without reserve
C. Three-body, "bassine," polished, hinged back ,wire lugs, repeat slide and hand-setting pin to the band. D. White enamel with Arabic numerals, outer minute track, outermost red 5 minutes, sunk subsidiary seconds. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. Cal. 12''', nickel-plated, 30 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bi-metallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Repeating on two coiled steel gongs. Case stamped F.T, dial signed Asprey.
