Extremely fine and rare, ellipse-shaped, 18K white gold double-dialed wristwatch with visible one-minute tourbillon regulator, 42-hour power reserve indication, date, and an 18K white gold Daniel Roth buckle.

Front: guilloché, 18K white gold, off-center plain silver ring dial with painted radial Roman numerals, aperture for the visible one-minute tourbillon regulator under a polished steel bridge at 6, carrying the 3-arm seconds hand for the 3 concentric 20-second scales. Blued steel flèche hands. Back: guilloché 18K white gold with applied plain silver ring dial for the date and sector dial for the up-down indication. M. Cal. DR 307, full plate with aperture for the tourbillon regulator, hand-engraved, rhodium-plated, 19 jewels, lateral lever escapement with one-minute tourbillon regulator with 3-arm polished steel carriage, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance spring.
