Extremely fine and unusual, extra-large, polished titanium, water-resistant, four time zone wristwatch with four visible one-minute tourbillon regulators, back winding and a Jacob & Co. polished titanium and pink gold double deployant clasp. Accompanied by the fitted box and certificate.

C. Four-body, massive, polished and matte, curved bezel with 10 special screws in bullet-shaped fixings, large skeleton scrolled lugs, four hand-setting crowns for the four time zones, transparent back with 12 special screws, four-arm winding wheel winding all four barrels in simultaneously, sapphire crystals. D. Four small transparent sapphire crystals for Moscow, New York, Los Angeles and London, baton and triangle hour and minute indexes, apertures for the tourbillons. Pierced pink gold skeleton hands with luminous tips. M. Cal. 8082, matte gray and with fausses cotes decoration, 78 jewels, traction by four barrels, each one-minute tourbillon regulator with lateral lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, self-compensating flat balance spring, index regulator, polished steel cage in the form of the Jacob & Co. logo, brushed pink gold bridge.
