Double-Dialed Attributed to B. Haas Jne & Cie, Genève ? Paris, case No. 39070. Made circa 1890. Fine and rare, 18K rose gold, double-dialed, quarter-repeating, keyless pocket watch with moon phases, digital triple date calendar and chronograph.
C. Four-body, massive, "bassine et filets", the back engineturned with a vacant central cartouche with foliate border, hand-setting button at 1. D. White enamel on the front with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, outermost red fifths of a second divisions calibrated to 300. Gold Louis XV hands. Matte pink rear dial beneath the back cover in place of a cuvette, with apertures for the date, day of the week and months, moon phase aperture below, engraved "Quantieme" above. M. 19''', rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 17 jewels, counterpoised straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band, visible chronograph work, arbour for driving the calendar protruding from the backplate and geared from the hour wheel beneath the dial.
