Fine, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases and lunar calendar. Accompanied by a fitted box and blank certificate.

Matte silver with applied yellow gold Breguet numerals, subsidiary dials for the days of the month and of the week, the months and 4-year cycle, aperture for the moon phases with lunar calendar on the edge. Gold feuille hands. M. Cal. 2890-9, copper-colored, 21 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 34 mm. Thickness 11 mm.

In 1990, Movado launched the "Collection 1881", creating several replicas of famous models which have marked its history. "1881" refers to the date when the Movado factories were founded. The present watch No. 214 part of this collection, each model has been produced in very few examples and was presented for the first time at the Basel Fair in 1990.
