Blancpain Flying Tourbillon Split Limited Blancpain, "Tourbillon Fly-Back Rattrapante", Ref. 2100. No. 12/99 of a limited edition of 99 pieces. Made in 1999 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the creation of Blancpain's first split second chronograph. Very fine and important, water-resistant, self-winding, platinum wristwatch with fly-back round button split-seconds chronograph, visible one minute flying tourbillon regulator and a platinum Blancpain buckle.

C. Three-body, solid, polished, screwed-down case back, crown and buttons, transparent back, stepped bezel, domed sapphire crystal. D. Black with outer 1/5th second scale, subsidiary dials for the 12 hour and 30 minute registers, the hours and minutes with painted luminous Arabic numerals at 12, aperture for the tourbillon cage at 6. Luminous épée hands. M. Cal. 23F9A, rhodium-plated, oeil-de-perdrix decoration, 39 jewels, straight line lever escapement with one minute flying tourbillon regulator, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, self-compensating flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 38 mm. Thickness 14.5 mm.
