Louis Audemars triple date Louis Audemars, Brassus, No. 9301, retailed by A. Perrée, Rue de la Ch.sée d?Antin 8, Paris, Elève de la Fabrique d?Horlogerie de Paris. Made circa 1870. Very fine and rare, minute-repeating, centerseconds, 18K yellow gold, hunting-cased, keyless pocket watch with triple date, digital months and phases and age of the moon.
C. Four-body, bassine et filets, polished. Hinged gold cuvette engraved with the retailer?s details. D. White enamel, radial Roman numerals, outer minute track with five-minute Arabic numerals, two subsidiary sunk dials for date and days of the week, phases of the moon aperture with gold and enamel moon disc , age of the moon sector, aperture for the months. Gold spade hands. M. 19''', maillechort, "fausses côtes" decoration, 31 jewels, wolf?s tooth winding, gold wheel train, counterpoised straight-line lever escapement with Louis Audemars « shepherd?s crook » counterpoise, cut bimetallic compensation balance with gold screws, blued steel Breguet balance spring, repeating on gongs with two polished steel hammers activated by a slide in the band. Dial, cuvette and movement signed by the retailer, case with Louis Audemars punchmark. Diam. 52 mm.
