C. four-body, "bassine et filets" by "Brooklyn Watch Case Co.", triple hinged, engine-turned, covers with foliate engraving with engine turning, cuvette with engine-turned border. D. white enamel, double sunk, stylized "root" Roman numerals, outer minute ring with five-minute red Arabic markers, subsidiary sunk seconds with unusual "root" decoration. Blued steel pierced hands. M. 18 size, nickel, full plate, damascened, 25 jewels in settings, adjusted, straight line lever escapement, cut-bimetalic compensation balance with gold screws, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan neck micrometric regulator, safety pinion.Signed on the dial and movement. Diam. 54.2 mm.
