C. three-body, shaped, polished, transparent case back with screws, stepped band, rounded bezel, straight lugs, sapphire crystal. D. lacquered blue with silver painted Breguet numerals, aperture for the date over the 6, for the jump-type second time zone below the 12 by means of the pusher on the band at 2.
