C. four-body, "bassine", engine-turned covers, hinged glazed cuvette to view the movement. D. white enamel, outer minute and seconds ring with five-minute/seconds Arabic markers, sunk subsidiary seconds. Gold "Louis XV" hands. M. 18 size, nickel, 3/4 plate, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 16 jewels, the top ones in gold settings, gold center and fourth wheel, straight line lever escapement, cut-bimetallic compensation balance with gold screws, steel Breguet balance spring, gold pallet fork bridge, mcrometric cam regulator, safety pinion, repeating on gongs through activating a slide in the band.Dial and movement signed. Movement also engraved also "Pat. June 1888". Diam. 52.9 mm.
