C. four-body, "bassine" by "R & A", polished, reeded band, hinged cuvette with presentation inscription having engine-turned border and winding and setting apertures. D. hand-painted white enamel, Roman numerals, outer minute ring, sunk subsidiary seconds. Blued steel "American Spade" hands. M. 16 size, gilt, 3/4 plate, 15 jewels in settings, straight line lever escapement, cut-bimetallic compensation balance with gold screws, blued steel flat balance spring, engraved balance cock, Fogg's patentd safety pinion.Signed on the dial and movement.Diam. 53 mm.
